How to Become a Member of The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Charlotte
Club membership is open to any youth between the ages of six and eighteen. The membership fee is $5.00 for the school year. Click the link at the bottom of this page (under "Available Downloads") to access the 2011-12 School Year Membership Application. The application can be filled out directly on your computer using Adobe Reader and then printed.
Once the application has been completed, please verify that all information has been filled out completely. Then, print out the completed application and sign the appropriate signature lines. You may then take the completed and signed application, along with your child's birth certificate (or other official proof of birthdate), and the $5.00 membership fee to the club location for which you wish your child to attend.
